Naru Exchange processes only the personal data needed to provide the exchange service and works to keep it secure. This notice explains what we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it.
To process an exchange we collect: the email you provide for order updates; the payout details you enter (for example, a bank account or wallet address); the amount, asset, network, and timing of your order; and technical and security metadata such as IP address, device, and session information. Where a transaction requires identity verification, we also collect the KYC documents and identity data you submit.
We use this information to form and settle your exchange, to send order and security notifications, to run anti-money-laundering and fraud screening, to provide support, and to meet legal and regulatory obligations.
Sensitive payout details, customer email, and KYC documents are encrypted at rest and masked in operator views. Access to revealed details is restricted to authorized staff, time-limited, and recorded in an audit log.
We use strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in and to protect requests against cross-site forgery. A referral cookie is set only if you arrive through a partner link. We do not use advertising cookies.
We share data only as needed to operate the service — for example, with AML/KYC screening providers and payment and settlement partners — or where required by law or a lawful request from authorities.
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the exchange and to meet legal and record-keeping obligations, then delete or anonymize it. Subject to applicable law, you may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data.
